MOTHER 1+2 The Sharks T-Shirt

The MOTHER 1+2 The Sharks T-Shirt is a shirt that was released in Japan in 2007 for 5040 yen. It was sold through The King of Games online store. There is an English version of the store that made it easier for international fans to order the shirt as well.

Background Information

The shirt was inspired by a gang of thugs in MOTHER 2 / EarthBound, a role-playing game on the Super Famicom / Super NES. The front of the shirt features an exclusive logo for The Sharks gang that was created for this shirt. The logo does not appear in the game. The back features an overworld sprite of one of The Sharks as they appear in the game, along with the four weapons the gang is known to use. The weapons are a pogo stick, a hula hoop, a skateboard, and knives. These images appear at the bottom of the shirt.

The first run of this shirt was shipped in an EarthBound/MOTHER-style present box. The box contained:
