Celebrate Ace Attorney’s 10th Anniversary with Character Straps!

Believe it or not, it’s already been 10 years since the Ace Attorney series got its start. The first game, Gyakuten Saiban, was released on the Game Boy Advance all the way back in October 2001 in Japan. To celebrate this milestone, a Japanese manufacturer called empty has come up with 2 sets of super cute character straps! Have a peek at the sample images~

As you can see, Volume 1 features the main characters from the Gyakuten Saiban (Ace Attorney) series, and Volume 2 focuses on Gyakuten Kenji (Ace Attorney Investigations). There will be 10 straps in each collection, though the last character is being kept a secret right now, which is what they always do with trading figures.

As for release dates, Volume 1 is slated for May while Volume 2 comes out in June. If you live in Japan, you’ll be able to buy each strap individually for 500 yen, or an entire box of 10 for 5,000 yen (though the straps are packed at random). A few importers have begun taking pre-orders for boxes of 10 randomly-packed straps:
